Because of the large response to this need we are not able to accept anymore gowns at this time. We will post when there is a seamstress available. Thank you all who have responded!

Note: If you do not send paperwork with your gown it will be under our assumption that you do not want a receipt for your donation.

Rules & Info for New and Used Gowns

1. We do not pay for shipping of your gown. You can add shipping to the fair market value of your gown when shipping.

2.  You do not have to clean your gown, HAIN cannot send you a receipt for cleaning of your gown.

3. HAIN sends receipts at the end of the year you donated your gown.

4.  Please do not ask us to work on your specific gown to send to a specific hospital or area. We receive a large number of gowns in a year and work on them over a long period of time. Our volunteers use a spreadsheet we have loaded on our forum board that lists all the donation requests from hospitals.

5. Please do not write our volunteers and ask them "so when's my gown done", "so have you worked on my gown". We do not give our volunteers a stressed time limit. Your gown will be worked on. Since we do receive so many gown it may take a long time before we work on each gowns.

6.We do not contact every bride once we work on their specific gown, or when we receive every gown. This would be impossible.

7. We accept all colors of gown. We use the material for burial garments, memorial items, quilts, blankets and more.

8. We put many not all before and after pictures of gowns donated and what was created from gown on our slideshow. When we do we put either the brides last name, or both. Come back yours may be on the slideshow

9. We do not sell the donated gowns. We try and use every gown possible that is donated.

10. We do not send hard copy pictures of before and after pictures to you. We post some of the pictures on our slide show. You can grab pictures off of the slideshow.

We need you to send a note with your gown and send an email to gowns@heavenlyangelsinneed.com

BRIDAL COMPANIES

We appreciate your donations. Please send your gown donations only to the headquarters office.

We know many bridal companies ask stores to rid gowns by throwing them in the garbage, because of fear of gowns being sold. Please note we do not sell gowns we receive. We also encourage you to send the material and take all tags off. We just use the material from the gowns to create memories for parents for a life time.

Also remember to send the Fair market value of each gown so we can offer you a receipt. We will need an address to send receipt to.
